Overview
Hokitika is derived from the Māori term meaning “place of return”, as Māori would return to gather greenstone. Videographers were asked to create a short video of their experience in Hokitika to tell us what they LOVE about HOKITIKA and why they want to return to our COOL LITTLE TOWN for the chance to win an ultimate Hokitika getaway!  

The winner will be selected by public vote.  One vote per email address. Voting will begin on Wednesday 10th April and closes at midnight on Wednesday 8th May 2024.

Prizes

The Grand Family Prize pack includes; 2 nights at Hokitika Kiwi Holiday Park, a family pass to the National Kiwi Centre, a family pass to West Coast Treetops Zipline and Cafe, family cycle hire from Cycle Journeys, a trip on the Tranz Alpine with Great Journeys, breakfast at Ocean View Restaurant and $205 worth of prizes from Paper Plus Hokitika. 

Plus a whole lot of Spot Prizes on offer to entrants and voters!
