The Lake Kaniere Scenic Triathlon is comprised of a kayak triathlon, swim triathlon, walk, and duathlon. This event was the 2nd Triathlon held of it's kind in New Zealand. 2023 includes the addition of a run, junior swim triathlon, junior duathlon and long distance swim, as well as an E-Bike Category in all senior events.
