Hokitika’s Heritage Weekend – Tours of the Government Building

Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga & Tohu Whenua are hosting tours of the Government Building in Hokitika on Saturday 25th July as part of Hokitika’s Heritage Weekend.  Tour numbers are strictly limited and prebooking is required at https://humanitix.com/nz/search/nz–west-coast-region–hokitika/hokitika%20government%20building?dates=all

Tours are happening at 9am, 10am & 11am

  • Guided tours of Hokitika Museum on Saturday 25th July, 10am, 11am, 12pm & 1pm (no booking required)
  • Hokitika’s Heritage Film Show at Hokitika’s Regent Theatre on Sunday 26th July 10am to 11.30am
  • Guided History Tour/Talk with renowned Local Historian Paul Madgwick on Sunday 26th July 1pm to 2.30pm – meet at Hokitika’s Boat Ramp, corner of Tancred St & Gibson Quay
